Matt Lovell - Elite Sports Nutritionist

 

Matt Lovell has been the England Rugby Sports Nutritionist since 2002 helping take the England team to 2 World Cup Finals.

 

He's also working with UK Athletics as a Sports Nutritionist helping prepare UK Athletes across all disciplines Sprinters, Throwers and Endurance Athletes. Matt has also started working with Spurs Football Club on a regular basis.

 

Matt regularly writes articles for Mens Health, Ultra Fit, Rugby World and appears on TV.

Sports Nutrition is without doubt the area that most recreational, Club level and even Professional athletes make the biggest mistakes.

We've developed a 2½ Hour Sports Nutrition workshop that introduces the Key concepts of Sports Nutrition to your Club or Organisation.  During the interactive workshop the attendees will learn the basics so they have a sound foundation on which to build on.

The workshop is fully interactive, you're not going to be sitting there watching 2 hours of powerpoint slides zipping by.

You will get your hands dirty literally as the 2 hours fly by.

Matt Lovell in tandem with his business partner Gavin Allinson have developed a 2 1/2 Hour Sports Nutrition workshop to help clubs and organizations learn and implement a sports nutrition plan to ensure they are eating and preparing correctly.

Gavin Allinson - Sports Nutritionist

 

Gavin Allinson has been working with Matt Lovell since 2007 helping him create and edit his online Sports Nutrition content.

An appied Biology Graduate, Gavin is also a qualified Sports Nutritionist.

Gavin has played rugby in the National Leagues for Coventry and is currently ranked in the top 5 in the world (40-49) on the Concept 2 Rowing Machine
