- Delivery of all products is: Usually your products will be delivered within 48 hours or (2 working days), if your order is received before 12Noon. Please note that delivery times are for items in stock, other goods may take longer but we will do our best to notify you of any delay. Working days do not include weekends and Bank Holidays. We can deliver to all addresses in the U.K. but deliveries to non-mainland or remote locations may take longer. If we are not able to deliver your order, or if there will be a delay in delivering your order, we will attempt to contact you. If none of the offered solutions are acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation and a refund.

When you shop with Your Sports Nutrition, we will collect personal information from you (such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information and a password). We may also collect information about where you are on the internet (for example the URL you came from, IP address and domain types), your browser type, the country and telephone area code where your computer is located, the pages of our website that were viewed during your visit, the advertisements you clicked on, and any search terms that you entered on our website. Your Sports Nutrition may collect this information even if you do not register with us.
- Data protection: You should be aware that this site is being monitored and may capture information about your visit that will help us improve the quality of our service. We use your information only for the following purposes: Processing your orders, For statistical purposes to improve this Website and its services to you;To serve website content to you; To administer this website;If you consent, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. - Use of personal information: Your personal information may be disclosed to reputable third parties who will help process your order. Your Sports Nutrition requires all such third parties to treat your personal information as fully confidential and to fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. We will not release your personal information to any company for mailing or marketing purposes. Please note that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your personal information and/or user information we are entitled do so. We use Cookies as the primary method of keeping track of your current shopping session, to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time - if you do not accept Cookies you may have difficulty using this Website. - Returns & Replacements
- Claims: Claims for damage must be notified in writing on the consignment note at the time of delivery and a copy remains in the possession of the delivery company. Please inform us directly of any damage or loss within 48 hours of delivery. Non-delivery must be notified within 21 days of the order date. Any failure to comply will mean we are unable to satisfy any claim.
- Ordering
- Secure online ordering: Your Sports Nutrition uses Paypal to process your orders. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still place an order using a credit card.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Pricing: In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to incorrect pricing information or typo, we at Your Sports Nutrition have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether we have received payment. We will refund your account promptly.
- Viewing Orders
- Order procedure: Shortly after you place your order we will send you an order confirmation, which will contain details of your order, shipping charges (if any) and delivery address. We will also give you an estimated delivery time of any goods which are temporarily out of stock. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Prior to Complete Gyms acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion of it for any reason - even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Complete Gyms. We also reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any item and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification.
- Other issues
- We try our best to avoid mistakes in pricing and product information, but we are human and mistakes can happen. If a mistake occurs we reserve the right to correct it and we apologise for any inconvenience it may cause. Quotations are given in good faith but are subject to availability of supply.
